My Airtel Xstream Fiber complaint was registered on 5th August, and your team has given a ridiculously long TAT of 25th August just to resolve a basic connection issue! 20 DAYS FOR INTERNET REPAIR? IS THIS A JOKE?

Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio! My JioFiber connection is DOWN for the last 4 days. Despite registering an official complaint, NO action has been taken yet.

My office work is severely impacted due to this pathetic service. If this isn't resolved today....
