Today, Saurav and Ashu couldn’t come out because IO came at 6PM for 2PM hearing.

Let that sink in.

IT’S REGIME CHANGE.

YES, IT’S REGIME CHANGE. WE DON’T WANT AN UNEDUCATED PM MODI WHO PRIORITISES IMAGE OVER GOVERNANCE, SLOGANS OVER SOLUTIONS, AND PROPAGANDA OVER ACCOUNTABILITY.

INDIA DESERVES BETTER. 🇮🇳

The last time I remember Indians being jailed for waving the Tiranga at a public place was under colonial rule, when foreign rulers saw us as inferior and treated us as such.

It seems one line makes a better headline than an entire argument. @NDTV has shared several excerpts from my interview, but that hardly justifies cherry-picking this particular remark while stripping away the context in which it was made. I shall leave viewers to judge the merits of that editorial choice. Meanwhile, here are a few more of the points I made in the same conversation.

-The police’s “ruthless” repression on Saturday and the “badly manhandled” protesters on Sunday.
-The Congress’s role in initiating this phase of protests in Delhi from 6 October.
-The extraordinary turnout of “easily lakhs” of supporters, despite the police conduct over the weekend.
-The protest as “a good day for the defence of democracy”.
- @RahulGandhi’s election petition and the wider legal challenge to the ECI’s handling of the SIR.

When an interview is reduced to a convenient soundbite, the headline may be sharp, but the journalism falls short.

#BREAKING: Delhi Police arrests Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka, and Ajinkya Shinde at Parliament Street Police Station in today’s Jantar Mantar case.

Trespass, bond violation, obstruction of public official’s duty, etc.

They’ll be produced before the SCM Court in the morning. A possibility of Judicial Custody (JC) in the Tihar Jail is possible.

They were not allowed to meet their lawyers till late at night. They were brought to Parliament Street PS at 3 AM in a private van.

Despite these illegal actions, their spirits are high.

If Congress come to power in 2029, I want them to deal with the likes of Vivek Agnihotri, Smita Prakash, Aditya Dhar, Paresh Rawal, Arnab Goswami, Anjana with brute forces.. they have destroyed the ecosystem of free spirited India.

I used to be a normal X creator, posting random stuff, shitposting, and enjoying the platform.

Then I started questioning the BJP and demanding accountability. That’s when the Andhbhakts started abusing me.

Now, I speak up even louder. 🔥

You came here to silence me, but all you did was turn a shitposter into someone who questions your favourite party even harder.

Andhbhakts, if questions hurt your feelings more than failures hurt your government, that’s a YOU problem.

Ab BJP se sawaal poochne par takleef hoti hai? Rona hai toh replies mein ro lo. I’m not shutting up.
