a trend being observed where drivers don’t turn on AC despite being requested and keep the windows open. All this is being experienced even after requesting for premier cab service which requires to pay extra for the better experience.

On a recent trip for 01.12.2025 at 10:45 pm from Gurgaon to Delhi, despite being requested, driver refused to turn on AC and suggested to open the window instead for a more than 1 hour ride in this hazardously polluted environment which left me with itchy throat.

Driver clearly said “AC ON nahi ho paayega, window glass down karlo”. After being repeatedly requested, he said “tabiyat kharaab hai, AC nahi chalega”. 
If the driver is sick, why is he working and that too without a mask on?
