A blow-by-blow overview of Doane's final-day path to their NAIA men's championship last week. All but one athlete listed in the article are from Nebraska Class B-D schools. Very impressive performances, and every point mattered to become co-champions.

Unbelievable @DoaneTrackXC way to compete. We cannot be more proud of @ed_fye and all the coaches and athletes. The success of this program is amazing.
"To fill that hole in your stomach - you fill it with teammates. You fill it with family. You fill it with your faith. And you fill it with your motivation."

Coaches aren't just coaches. They're mentors, leaders, friends, & comforters.
With a roster of 130 student-athletes, longtime Doane T&F coach Ed Fye says his role is more important now than ever.
"You want to help kids. There are kids who struggle when they're here."
Amid all of the craziness that’s going on right now, I just wanted to take a moment and wish a Happy birthday to @HarsinTanner here are a couple of highlights of his during our time in college together. Enjoy 😊
@Scoop_DoaneTF@xx_jessa_xx @iaMDeWhisperer The misery was felt walking back up to those triangles! Let’s just say it sounded better in my head than it felt on the track.
@HarsinTanner volunteered to both lead off his 4x400 quartet AND anchor it. That means he had just 1:45 rest after running a :51.9 opener and came back with a 65 so that @_Alfalfa_Nerud and @AA_ronnie5 would have a chance to run.
Guts personified. Good golly.
