As the sun begins to set on another term @PockSchool and @PockPrep we are just about there! See you all tomorrow for last fixtures vs @PocklingtonRUFC and be @BradfordGrammar and next week for last few lessons of term!
@SquidgeRugby Agreed. Writing as a Yorkshire cricket supporter and rugby fan who was at the game in Marseilles yesterday the singing of Swing Low during the Cibi did not feel right on any level. Respect required.
isa guha is not only one of the best tv commentators across english men/women’s cricket, but also internationally & she’s a fantastic radio commentator (which a lot of tv comms cannot do). she’s insightful, passionate & charming - i, for one, love hearing her cover cricket 👏🏻

RIP Darrell Buttery, a towering presence in York civil affairs and a great supporter of Pocklington School, as a teacher, governor and latterly life patron. You have kept us on the right path and will be sorely missed. A friend and colleague to many in the school community.
