@PlayStation I think it's very clear from the massive backlash that this was a bad call.
Collectors and physical disk buyers are one of your biggest sources of free advertising. We are the ones promoting the console to family members, friends, our passion and love convince people to buy.

@DOOM_MAKYR @mrpyo1 @PlayStation Digital is important for availability, accessibility, I don't think any(sane) person would want to cut it. Consumers have been passive to bad changes over the years, it's prob too little too late, but I don't think we should just take it either. It all comes down to choice!

@DOOM_MAKYR @mrpyo1 @PlayStation You are right, we haven't. But I can still get a disk from you and download the game. Give my disks to my nephew's to try the game. I can sell games I bought and didn't like. There was flexibility, choice. I'm probably 50:50 physical:digital atm but will def try change that.

@DOOM_MAKYR @mrpyo1 @PlayStation I think that feature has been there a while, and I don't check it a lot, but usually at the end of the year, around the wrap-up period. Customer support said they're aware of the issue and apparently working on it.

@DOOM_MAKYR @mrpyo1 @PlayStation For one, it is destroying the second hand market. Also they control price and availability. Marvels Tokon fighting isn't available in 132 countries as you must have a PSN ID to play on pc, but PSN isn't available in those countries. It's about choice and consumer protection.
