Here at Hart Voluntary Action (HVA) we understand that community is the key to wellbeing. We provide advice & support to the voluntary sector, recruit volunteers to support their capacity and deliver our own direct services to improve the health & wellbeing of local people.
Great to welcome Amy & Isaac as fully-fledged Fleet Lions. They've helped out at events & attended a few meetings. Our 1st new members of the year. You next? Contact [email protected]. Maybe you’d just like to help out at one of our events at https://t.co/SDRoN1iZ7N.
In 2 years we've distributed enough pollinator seeds to cover 2 football pitches.
Well done to the public for sowing them. They are vital to support wildlife & provide food for pollinators like bees and butterflies throughout the year. Well done for making a difference
Poor Cosmo is a repeat guest, last yr. he was admitted with a dreadful strimmer injury, now he has a large deep wound on his back. 🙏his finder has live cameras & could see he needed help. The wound needs to be kept moist to prevent an abscess. Poor boy has been through so much😢

Vox Skool is a fantastic community singing group in SE UK with a focus on wellbeing & inclusivity. As a Hart Voluntary Action member group, we give them dedicated advice & support, which last year resulted in them being awarded £5000 from https://t.co/3l49vRKUd7
How lovely is this? The brilliant Victoria BeeBee of Vox Choir gave us a shout out on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show @VirginRadioUK before Christmas (yes, we have only just realised 🤦♀️)

Vox Choir is just one of the fab member groups we help every year 1/2
