This is a concern for me. Players shouldn’t be defined by a sport they excel in. What happens to the athlete when their career ends? Better life, better performance!!
Junior A Hurling Final this Sunday 8th of September in Enniskeane at 4pm.

Wear red for the day. If you have a red and white flag or ribbons bring them along. Please come out and Support the lads on Sunday.

Busy #GAA club season upon us, Are warm ups overrated? Players flying around for 20-30 mins, a mini training session.
Then subs take a seat/stand, get cold & are called upon an hour later.
Few squats, lunges & runs. Game ready in 3 mins! Like many things gaa, less may be more.
Some pet hates at training
1 Unnecessary running
2 Wet bibs
3 Long warm ups
4 Too few ball contacts
5 Laps
6 Talking ban while stretching
7 Confusing drills
8 Starting late
9 Too few footballs
10 Standing around
11 Coach talking too much
12 A ban on laughter
This is a tough read in parts and, plainly, wasn't an easy decision for @RhianBrewster9 to make. But he deserves to be heard, and that goes to the top of the sport. https://t.co/aMv7IMygh9
