A massive thank you to every single person who played a part in restoring the Jim Baxter statue. 💙

To be honest, it wasn’t just the restoration of a statue…it was a show of love and remembrance for a man who gave us so many unforgettable moments.

What started as an idea from Gers TV & Oswalds bar quickly became something truly special, bringing people together to honour a true Rangers legend, 25 years on from his passing.

From those who gave their time, effort, support and those who came along, shared stories, and paid their respects, this was a proper reminder of what Jim meant to everyone.

The statue now stands proudly once again, looking better than ever. A fitting tribute to Slim Jim and the legacy he left behind.

Oswalds bar are proud to have been part of it. 💙

Dick Advocaat has left his job as Curaçao head coach with immediate effect. He won’t lead the national team at the World Cup so that he can look after his unwell daughter. 🙏

Back in 2023 when West Ham were playing in the Semi Final of the Conference League away at AZ Alkmaar, Alkmaar hooligans tried to break into the away end and tried to attack them. The players family and friends were situated near by. 🤯

West Ham terrace legend “Knollsy” along with another fan, managed to fight off the large mob, protecting other West Ham fans, and the players families, a true act of heroism from the stands. 👏

To reward Knollsy’s bravery and to thank him for what he did, West Ham gave him free tickets to the Europa Conference Final in Prague.
