Hey @AirCanada the gate agents in YUL attending to flight 375 to Winnipeg need to go back for some training! 15 year olds do not require IF to board a flight in Canada or on AC - so why hassle my daughter. Very unimpressive treatment!

I also believe @AirCanada is supposed to be a bilingual airline. Perhaps while hassling a 15 year old travelling alone and threatening to not let her board you could speak English when clearly she didn’t speak French! Shame on you AC375 Yul-Ywg 7/13/2025
