Had a slomo disaster with @virginmedia over porting a landline (that I've had for over 20 years) from @skyhelpteam. They say Sky has to reactivate line first, but Sky says it's impossible. Bloody useless! 😞
@British_Airways During the last 24 hours, the Airport and @British_Airways staff and agents have provided no useful information. That's why we've been on X trying to get some help. We're fairly desperate now
@British_Airways what is happening with flight BA2709 from ACE to LGW? Your website says rerouting to Faro but passengers have not been told anything. It was due to take off YESTERDAY afternoon now due 15:40
@British_Airways Do you think this is a satisfactory answer? Airport staff aren't available or don't know anything. You haven't been transparent with passengers. Very poor.
