@HomeDepot @MaisondePax @homedepot how can the largest home goods store not have the ability to call the company you use to deliver appliances on the weekend to find out why they are 2.5 hours late . And your store associates telling me “yeah they are horrible” does not make it any better.

@HomeDepot del sche 1pm-5pm no show no phone call. Called HDCorp 45 min wait said only thing they can do was provide phone numbers to transpo service,no answer. local store tells me same and says“ they are horrible.” How is this on me to figure out control your customer service.
