Yesterday in grade 2, we took some time to reflect on the importance of our mental health… we read the book #ShareYourRainbow and took some time to paint what our ‘rainbows’ look like and how they reflect themes like hope, happiness, and emotion. #mentalhealthishealth

With yesterday being #BellLetsTalk Day, a day that sits so close to my ❤️, I think it’s important to acknowledge that today and every day alongside is just as important to keep talking, and to end the stigma around mental health… because mental health IS health! #Mentalhealth
