Step1: Turn off your pc and unplug it from the all. Hold the power button for 45 seconds and turn it on again. If that doesn’t work go to step 2

Step2: open device manager > view > show hidden devices. Look for greyed out Bluetooth icon. If it’s there right click it to uninstall it and restart pc.

If neither works, then it’s probably hardware failure and you need new bluetooth module (whichever one you might have)
