Deep inside, I still can't get over the job I had last year. I started my trial period when I was still in Iceland. Went back home for it. It was remote, but really united the small team together. I felt ENOUGH.
So whenever you decide to push to the back of the head the humiliating feeling of being traumatically pathetic, and pretend to go on in different environment like to start over again, is that an adulthood or a mental illness?
Wait what? Am I just using twitter for 14 years? Well its some kind of mistake as I was 14 about 5 years ago and I dont think I knew what Twitter is when I was 5... wait...
On the very beginning of July I moved to the north of Iceland. It was a long self-time with a bunch of emotional struggles, but damn that felt different. As long as you're aware of your damage you can at least pretend to control it.
The whole bunch of different experiences and not knowing completly what's coming next. I was sitting in a bit toxic environment trying to find out where that fate will take me next. At least there were cats.
Im so grateful for some people I've met in Iceland. Its funny how sometimes the real friends appear in your life exactly at the moment when you need them most. And they turn out to be your saviors.
After a very first moment here I knew Im in love with Iceland. My body was cleanising for at least a month. I've traveled the world but no other place made me feel like that.
