@VividSeats_Help Order#31747226 . Called again for help and support line for over an hour and was requested to talk with a supervisor but no help would except the call and would not even call me back to discuss. Poor service 😢

@VividSeats_Help I ordered tickets to see a concert prior to the pandemic, never received the tickets . We called lousy support (1hr hold times) Vivid never produced the tickets. Sent many emails and called now what do we do ???

@Linda505NM @VividSeats I had the same scenario !No help no support and they hung up. My problem was they said some company transfered tickets. Sent emails and called many times. Sadly I've done bought tickets before and didn't have this problem

2016 Chrysler Town & Country .Should have known better POS 4 Calls to ask for help to headquarters & no help. Less than 3 weeks out of 36K warranty Radio & heated seats fail. The dealer wants to charge? Any suggestions?

@STPRobertDeLeo Hey Rob , STP still one of my favorite bands. First concert I went to see back in the 90s. Your bass playing inspired me to play bass many moons ago & inspired me to pick it back up within the last year. Keep up the good work!
