@HBLCare Over the years HBL customer service has gone down. I have emailed complaints to customer service but despite lapse of more than 48 hours there is no response. Calling fm US the 111-111-425 number gets dropped as soon as their IVR announcements finish. Frustrating !

Can't access FBR iris site to file Pakistan return from the USA, @FBRSpokesperson pl let us know the issue and when it will be available? If NA due to some tech reason then site should show. Will the date be extended? shud not be done during tax season.

As a customer, the experience of being disowned was unbelievable. @WestJet's attitude in evading responsibility to help the stranded customers was most disturbing and stressful. Expected better and more responsible handling from Canadian airline or airport management. (8/8)

Don't fly @WestJet! Our travel was marred by flight uncertainties and delays. From YYZ to SEA it was worst experience when due to power outage on the @FlyYYC airport both security checks as well as immigration to US got stalled and then slowed down. (1/8)

@soldierspeaks This magazine had published another very lopsided and incorrect account on the ongoing in Pak, trying to paint PTI and IK in bad light. Anyone regularly following through the events can see the lies and spin. It would be best to ignore such incorrect reporting.
