A reflection/ what I learned while spending the last month in San Francisco:
1) How beautiful it is if you make it (despite the homeless issue)
2) How prevalent nature is compared to NYC (where I live)
3) How smart people are technically
4) Where technology is heading
5) Enhanced belief in myself
6) I am going to achieve all my goals/dreams that I set since being a kid

I spent 4 years studying chemical engineering and the most useful thing I built was an app about plastic.
In ChemE you learn about polymers, material science, chemical compounds. You study this stuff and think "cool, I'll never think about this again."
Then I started reading about microplastics
So I built an app. Scan a barcode, get an instant safety score. AI-powered ingredient analysis, risk breakdowns, the whole thing.
My ChemE degree finally has a purpose beyond making my parents happy.
