My apt got 3-4 feet of water. The Place at Alafaya also flooded 5 years earlier during a hurricane, but new residents were never made aware. Glad it's now totally empty. Crooks.

The Place at Alafaya was flooding site in 2017 and now 2022!

I am one of hundreds of residents who were forced out of this complex because of flooding from Hurricane Ian. It flooded 5 years earlier, was patched up and reopened. But no warning to residents that they needed flood insurance. Need a lawyer to file a class action suit.
