1. กทม. ซื้อลู่วิ่งราคาเครื่องละ 750,000 บาท จำนวน 7 โครงการ และราคาเครื่องละ 500,000 บาท จำนวน 14 โครงการ ซึ่งแพงเกินไปทั้งคู่

2. การซื้อพวกนี้เกิดทั้งไหนสมัยผู้ว่าชัชชาติและผู้ว่าอัศวิน แต่หน้าที่ตรวจสอบก็ต้องเป็นของผู้ว่าชัชชาติที่ดำรงตำแหน่งอยู่

3. กทม. ชุดผู้ว่าชัชชาติ หยิบโครงการ 750,000 บาท จำนวน 7 โครงการ มาตรวจสอบ แต่ไม่หยิบโครงการ 500,000 บาท จำนวน 14 โครงการ มาตรวจสอบ

**4. กทม. ชุดผู้ว่าชัชชาติจึงมีแผลแรก คือทำไมไม่ตรวจสอบ 14 โครงการนี้ และเรื่อง 14 โครงการ ก็ไม่ได้ไปต่อ

5. ย้อนมาที่ 7 โครงการ กทม. ชุดผู้ว่าชัชชาติก็ตั้งกรรมการตรวจสอบ (ขอเรียกว่ากรรมการชุดเล็ก) และกรรมการชุดเล็กนั้นบอกว่าผิดไม่ร้ายแรง มีคนที่ไม่โดนโทษอะไรเลย และมีคนที่โดนตัดเงินเดือน 600 บาท แต่ไม่มีใครโดนโทษแรงกว่านี้

6. เรื่องนี้ยังไม่จบ โดยส่งต่อไปที่คณะกรรมการชุดใหญ่ และคณะกรรมการชุดใหญ่สั่งให้สอบสวนเพิ่ม เพราะโทษที่ลงดูน้อยเกินไป

🟠 มุมมอง สส.แบงค์

- 14 โครงการตามข้อ 4. ทำไมหายไปเลย ไม่ตรวจสอบทั้งๆที่ กทม. ก็เสียหายเยอะมาก และน่าจะเห็นรูปแบบการทุจริตถ้าตรวจหมด

- กรรมการชุดเล็กที่ให้ปรับแค่ 600 บาท ผู้ว่าชัชชาติก็เป็นคนตั้งเองไม่ใช่หรอ และแม้จะสอบสวนเพิ่มเติมหลายครั้งทำไมยังจบแค่ปรับ 600 อยู่เลย แล้วผู้ว่าก็เห็นชอบกับผลนี้ด้วย

- ที่ต้องสอบสวนเพิ่มเติมไม่จบที่ปรับ 600 เป็นเพราะกรรมการชุดใหญ่เป็นคนสั่งรึเปล่า ถ้ากรรมการชุดใหญ่ไม่สั้ง มันจะจบแค่ที่ปรับ 600 ไหม

🟢 มุมมองรองผู้ว่าทวิดา

- ผู้ว่าก็ไม่ได้โอเคกับผลปรับ 600 ของกรรมการชุดเล็ก เรื่องก็เลยยังไม่จบ เพราะต้องสอบสวนเพิ่มเติมอีก

- ที่ผู้ว่าเห็นชอบกับกรรมการชุดเล็ก หมายความว่าเห็นชอบให้ส่งต่อไปกรรมการชุดใหญ่ ไม่ใช่เห็นชอบกับผลที่กรรมการชุดเล็กเคาะมา

🔴 มุมมองที่ไม่ตรงกัน

- ทั้งคู่บอกว่าฝ่ายตัวเองไม่โอเคกับผลที่ปรับแค่ 600 บาท เหมือนกัน และพูดเหมือนกันว่าเรื่องยังไม่จบ

- แต่ สส.แบงค์มองว่าที่เรื่องไม่จบ เพราะกรรมการชุดใหญ่ที่มีคนนอก กทม. เป็นคนทำให้ไม่จบ ถ้ามีแต่ฝั่ง กทม. เรื่องอาจโดนปิดจบไปแล้ว

- แต่ฝั่งรองผู้ว่าบอกว่า เป็นฝั่งผู้ว่าเองที่ไม่ให้เรื่องจบ เพราะเป็นคนเดินเรื่องต่อเองตามกระบวนการ

- ข้อสังเกตนึงคือเรื่องนี้ผ่านมา 2 ปีแล้ว จากน้ำเสียงฝั่ง สส.แบงค์น่าจะมองว่านานเกินไป โครงการนี้ไม่ได้ซับซ้อนอะไร ควรจบไวกว่านี้ ส่วนฝั่งผู้ว่ามองว่าก็เป็นไปตามกระบวนการ เวลาก็ประมาณนี้แหละ (เดาจากน้ำเสียงนะ)

คิดว่าประมาณนี้ครับ ผมไม่แม่นระเบียบ กทม. คงฟันไม่ได้ว่าฝั่งไหนน่าเชื่อถือกว่ากัน ทำได้แค่รวบรวมสิ่งที่ทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายพูดตรงกันและเห็นไม่ตรงกันมาแชร์ครับ
