An under-construction building in Pascal Colony, Shankar Wadi near West Express Highway, Jogeshwari East, has dug a 50-feet deep trench along local roads. Unfortunately, stagnant dirty water is accumulating at the bottom of the hole, creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
