Ministers adopted an omnibus decision and 10 others addressing climate change, biodiversity, ocean governance, chemicals and waste, and regional priorities through 2027.

The adoption of the Tripoli Declaration further strengthens Africa’s united voice, with ministers set to reconvene at the 2025 Africa Climate Summit.
