And what messages did he convey to the U.S., Iran, and Saudi Arabia?

🛑 In short:
The U.S. wants to escalate tensions with Iran to spread chaos and is targeting minor sites in Iran to use this as a pretext to create chaos and find any excuse to act against Iran. At the same time, Trump wants to link his phantom war against Iran to the Houthi terrorist militia’s missile attacks on Saudi Arabia to create the impression
in the media that any U.S. strikes against Iran are in response to the Houthis’ missile attacks on the Kingdom.

Moments ago, on NTV, the Turkish foreign minister thwarted all these schemes:
He stated that there are serious attacks on the Kingdom’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, that Turkey is “true to its word” under the Mecca Agreement, and that Ankara will consider Riyadh’s military and technical needs to counter Houthi attacks.

He stated explicitly that it is unacceptable to make Saudi Arabia a party to the war between the United States and Iran.

Consequently, this is not merely a declaration of support for Saudi Arabia; it goes beyond that
and sends a message to the United States and Iran to shut down the pretext before it fully takes shape on the ground.

Trump wants the fire to remain burning on the Kingdom’s borders.

Tehran wants to say: Our response to Washington goes through Riyadh—whether by using its militias or by acting on its own.

But Hakan Fidan has already made it clear: Saudi Arabia is out of this equation, and the Houthi issue has been ongoing for ten years. He announced that support for Riyadh—whether technical or military—is available under the Mecca Alliance if needed.

💎 Bottom line: The phantom war between the U.S. and Iran is not being used to target the Kingdom.
Nor is there any disregard for the rules of engagement in the name of a “knockout blow.”
This is Ankara’s message today.
