@Zirene@dr0g3r5 This especially hurts when I know that my max performance is much easier to achieve on my rogue than my warrior. I can probably expect close to 90+ percent of my sim value on rogue, but its much harder to do that with my warrior
@Zirene@dr0g3r5 Bringing ED back up to its pre-SOD proc rate would go a long way. Warrior is simming in P5 BIS for less than it sims in P4. That feels pretty bad. Meanwhile on my rogue I'm shooting up the meter in P5 even though my warrior and rogue are currently close in damage. 3/3
@Zirene@koerber_stephan@TimKend80852562@AggrendWoW Is this intended? If so it would feel way better to play with a nerfed x% haste than nerfed PPM. It feels bad to play well and not be able to pump because you got unlucky on a 30 second fight and didnt even get a proc. The proc chance feels really rough now. 2/2
@Zirene@koerber_stephan@TimKend80852562@AggrendWoW In your original post in this thread you indicated that you would be fixing bugged proc rates. But ED ppm is now lower on PTR than in was in classic 2019. This is verifiable by looking back at the old testing done in warrior discords. It was nerfed rather than "fixed." 1/2
