@Milkbasketin my senior citizen parents are struggling to get a refund of membership fees that you have wrongly deducted twice. On msging the cc everyday they sing the same story "pl give 24 hours". How unethical are you guys to deduct wrongly and not even address the problem?

@zeptocares My fil orderd on ZEPTO on 1 Sept'25. 1 item dlvd ws wrong.We wantd to return 1 item only bt we were told that full order has to be https://t.co/9XTKi7HYZs ZEPTO cancelled the full order.
Since 1st Sept we r waiting 4 refund bt no satisfactory reply is given till date.
