Been very depressed and empty all day. Took my medication for the first time in a few weeks so that’s something. Gonna try and be consistent with it again.
Idk if it’s cause I’m depressed or because I haven’t been on my medication in weeks but I’ve been struggling to focus on anything rn. Tried to read at work cause I had nothing to do and I just couldn’t get my head to focus on it and it sucks a lot.
Lately I can be doing really good and then it’s like at the flip of a switch I can just be doing really badly mentally and I don’t know why this is happening lately. Probably just don’t like being alone but there’s very few people I like to be around.

My mornings started off horribly so I was hoping that Nintendo direct would raise my spirits unfortunately I just felt nothing towards it.
@Lol_itzz_Adi Romancing SaGa 3 and Kirby are about it. Anything else had been announced prior to this direct or was switch 2 upgrades for stuff I like and crisis core reunion.
@Lol_itzz_Adi Idk if it was just my mood dragging it down but like other than Kirby nothing peaked my interest that much. No new 3d Mario was a good thing though #mariofansdeserveless
