I absolutely LOVE the final version of Sonic 2 we got, but man, I’m always so fascinated by the concept art and wondering what could have been.

I bet Ocean Wind would have been an awesome zone. Looks like Emerald Coast in 2D.

I picked up a coffee at Dutch Bros. and the barista drew Sonic on my lid because that’s what I’ve gotten to be known for there. I legitimately love when I get to be known as “the Sonic guy” at the places I go to.

There’s an “Ultimate Guide to Sonic” magazine currently being sold in stores with this “Hits & Misses” section. I feel like some of their choices on the Misses page is going to anger some fans.

@Oddabellatay Yeah, I find Riders being on there to be a bit odd since I think it’s quite a good game. The only reason I can think of for that game’s inclusion is that it came out in 2006 which was generally considered a catastrophic year for the series.

Probably the shortest and most lackluster Sonic boss ever.

I feel like the bosses in Sonic Superstars were an overcorrection of this.

I think it would be neat if they made a solo Luigi platformer that isn’t an educational game or just an edited version of another Mario game.
