@SEPTA_SOCIAL second time I've tried taking the 2 bus at 17th and Locust and they just drive right by. Bus #3322 at 11:35 pm. Active and completely empty. I waited 20 minutes in the rain and now have to spend $25 to get a Lyft home. Unacceptable and embarrassing for a real city.

So the abandoned lot, turned illegal parking lot, has turned my sidewalk into a driveway. I've reported this to @PhilaParking and @philly311 before, but no agency wants to handle. Is this OK, @PhillyMayor?

Ok seriously, which dept/agency is responsible for ensuring the public safety of abandoned lots and sidewalks? The driving on sidewalks is not a daily occurrence; the illegal parking is. @PhilaParking @philly311 @PhillyPolice @PhillyMayor
