Last week, NSUI Petition was Dismissed by SC.

But today, Hon’ble Court has carefully understood our points & has Urgently issued Notice in it, for which I am Grateful to Hon’ble Court.

I am also Grateful to each one of you, for your very kind support🙏🏻

SC was initially fixing our UGC Case for final arguments on 10th August.

But I have requested for either “Stay the Exams” or “Hear it Urgently in this week itself”.

On my request, SC has preponed it & fixed it on 31 July.

I am glad to share that today Supreme Court has Admitted our UGC Petition & has directed UGC/Govt to file their Reply within 3 Days.

Thereafter, we will file our Rejoinder & the matter will be finally heard on coming Friday (31st July)🙏🏻

-Distinguished NSUI PIL from our #UGC Petition, on many counts

-Explained worsening COVID-19 crisis

-Gave details of similar matters in HCs & requested for Uniformity at SC

-Will secure Justice for Students, for sure

#UGC ने अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों को सिर्फ दो विकल्प दिए हैं-

1.परीक्षा देने जाओ। खुद या परिवार कोरोना संक्रमित हो जाए तो महँगा इलाज कराओ या मारे जाओ!

या

2.परीक्षा छोड़ दो। फिर इस साल नौकरी/ नामांकन के अवसर भी छोड़ दो!

इस अन्याय के खिलाफ, हमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट से न्याय जरूर मिलेगा🙏🏻
