The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is warning residents about a sophisticated fraud in which criminals impersonate legitimate cellphone service providers to obtain expensive mobile devices and commit identity-related fraud.

Hey @UPS_Canada how about you follow the instructions, which were correct on order, and not call your customers @ 7AM WHICH IS ALSO BEFORE YOUR PHONE LINES OPEN TO TAKE CALLS. How is it fair to wake up your customer when you are not even accepting calls?! Get it together.

@kpmcinty Yup, & throw ontop of that, it's so taboo in our culture to talk of what care we want in the end. We put those who love us so hard they want to hang onto that hope as long as they can, in charge of those decisions, yet we offer no guidance. It almost seems cruel. Change is needed
