The Danbury Hatters have a NATIONAL CHAMPION! Congratulations Lorenzo Lopes winning the gold at the USATF Youth National Championships in the 2k Steeplechase in 6:48. All American performances by Lorenzo 2nd in the 3000m and Isabella Martinez 5th in the Long Jump!

Excellent meet for the Hatters at the CT Froshmore Championship in Middletown! Gold in the 4x200m relay, silver in the 1600m, 2 bronze in the Shot Put and a clean sweep 1st to 3rd in the girls 400m! GO HATTERS!

Our third Silver medalist and All American at the 2022 USATF Youth National Championship is Machai with 2nd place in the Long Jump! Machai and Kennedy will be back tomorrow as they have made the finals in the 200m. GO HATTERS!

Amazing day for the Hatters concludes as Machai (23.72) and Kennedy (30.13) beat their PRs and qualify for the finals at the USATF Youth National Championship! Machai's time is #1 going into the finals! PRs also For Isla (800m) and Phoebe(200 hurdles) as well!
