It now happens to me too. Usually, videos I edit in Premiere don't get automatically flagged as AI-generated, but over the last few weeks, they've started getting flagged.

To get around this, I've written a script using FFmpeg that essentially re-encodes the video without changing anything visually. It removes the flag.
