@TravisAPaterson The worst! We had a James Bay neighbour who would run out & harass our friends when they parked in front of her place...and she didn't even have a car! Right now we have a truck with a flat tire in front of our place...but that is okay as we don't own the spot (it is being fixed)
@TravisAPaterson I know drivers go down our street 50k+ so I think this is good...but 30k is so slow. I tend to do 40k which I think is a reasonable and safe speed for these streets.
I get school and playground zones but there are different limits throughout the city....confusing.
@lindabear78 @KathyMacRae1 Thanks @lindabear78 and @KathyMacRae1....best thing on Twitter today! Mabel approved and I don't think she will ever want to leave. Now I need a bigger hoodie so I can try with Oscar who almost scratched my face off!!
@RndmForestRunnr No need to apologize. Those who do endurance events would understand that some days just don’t go as planned. I love that you realized that you were not enjoying it and knew what was needed of yourself to do lap 5 and decided that you had had it. Sometimes that is the courage.
Although I am super sick this weekend I am loving the fact that it is #BM100 and to top it off there is a kitty theme this year. The best weekend ever! Thank you @keithdunn for keeping us updated.
Finlayson Arm Ultra is looking for more volunteers....especially for Sunday, September 9 for the 28k.

Love @ninjawarrior but not cool @CTV or @nbc to put a dual screen commercial during the @EskimoNinjaUNK run. Hope this isn't a new thing for the show. It ruins the excitement when you can't hear the commentary.
@zbitter@joerogan Looking forward to this recording. I just started the Keto lifestyle and am an endurance runner. Trying to figure it all out with my racing and have been following your blog.
Did you know empty Nuun tubes can fit 4-6 gummies per tube? They're a convenient way to carry your fuel, and you don't risk accidentally leaving a wrapper on the side of the road!
