Despite an arduous May Freddie Rowe continues apace with a 5-sec PB over 1500m with 3:40.26 at the BMC in Birmingham. Only Steve cram (3:40,09) is faster in the British u18 age group. Ethan Newell, an u20, set a pb 3:40.28-- also very fine running in 2026
