Purchased a gift card on @Flipkart but didn't received it. Raised a complaint with @flipkartsupport. I get daily calls promising resolution within 2-8 hours, but it's been 4 days now. My review isn't shown in their product category. @CCI_India@jagograhakjago, please help.
This is my third tweet, still my issue related to @Olacabs double charging remains unresolved. Customer care seems to be least botherd as they are not responding to my messages and same issue with the app. @bhash hope you could help me out.
Beware as you use @Olacabs and pay in cash, when you open the app after a week for booking cab you will be asked to clear pending charges and end up paying double. Customer care replies the issue cannot be solved as it is over 72 hours.@jagograhakjago @olasupport
Had a issues regarding SMS incoming in the morning. Surprisingly BSNL India responded immediately and by evening the executive called me back and resolved my issue. Thank you @BSNLCorporate@BSNL_KTK for a great customer support.
