@ups this is what we actively do while your organization has us going in circles because of your logistical process. Barriers like these don not really help address issues like your current campaign against sex trafficking.
@UPS our nonprofit just provided an empowerment scholarship to a women's only event for two teens to attend that addressed Anti-sex trafficking. The sale of our items fund these types of scholarships. But not if they are delivered to the wrong address.
@UPSHelp A damage reports isn't going to solve a return of item that we needed for this weekend. We need to speak to someone that can provide us positive community results.
@UPS your organization sent our nonprofit's products to the wrong address and the receiver left our fundraising products in the rain. Now they are damaged and we can't use them this weekend to fundraise for our statewide college scholarship making or to provide free gear to kids
@ups I have spoken to 7 different reps and the newest one says they are only going to pick the items up and refund the shipper?? That's not community support and partnership to correct an error. That's an act of "logistics." Awe brah!!
