"The United States House Foreign Affairs Committee has formally passed a comprehensive State Department Reauthorization, marking the culmination of over two decades of legislative effort. Included within the reauthorization is H.R. 5300, specifically Sec. 305, which pertains to travel and investment in Somaliland.

The bill is now subject to further consideration and approval by the full House and Senate."
