The new voting rights restoration law in WA will go into effect on 1/1/22.

Last spring, WA passed a bill that will automatically restore voting rights to people with felony convictions after they finish their prison terms. Starting January 1, 2022, every citizen who is not in prison will be allowed to vote, even while on community supervision.
