Very nice looking core at @CaspinRes $CPN - we just need the assay results for the #Copper & #nickel & what the #PGEs are - currently appears to be a layered complex (so poss $CPN layered Nth; @timgoyder $CHN @ChaliceMining layered Sth; $ASQ / $DEV @DevExResources in the middle).
$CTM.AX looking like a bit of a no brainer here. 2 of the current 8 deposits should underpin a 2mtpa operation and the nature of the project (grid power, high grade/low strip starter pit, simple met) should drive impressive financials (<2yr payback, 50%+ IRR). Exploration free.
~5.8 million adults say they are likely to face eviction or foreclosure in next 2 months, accounting for 1/3 of 17.8 million adults in households which are behind on rent or mortgage payments ... unfortunately, this is becoming a sea of red @uscensusbureau@Bloomberg
$ESR has a fully diluted mcap of $308m off a 2.9m hit of MSVs whereas as $CTM a mcap of $238m and has 500kt+ of Ni contained which is high grade and mostly open pittable. Kudos to the $ESR punters. The market is a wonderful place.
Not good.
Australian rents just fell for the first time in history.
Not even in its 90s recession did prices contract.
A real concern for such a leveraged housing market that still is highly dependent on rental income.
