Last August in Boise, Idaho, officers noticed two gentlemen draining the main vein by the dumpsters. Two were placed in cuffs and escorted to the officer's car.

Jillian Rinehardt noticed her boyfriend was one of them and attacked the officer.

She was quickly taken to the ground and placed in cuffs. Not a smart move.

Rinehardt was arrested and charged with Assault or Battery Upon Certain Personnel.

The charges on the men were eventually dismissed.

Poor Jillian got 3 days in jail, 1 year of probation, mandatory “Thinking Errors Class”, and a $657 fine.
