Platforms like SquareSpace and Wix are in big trouble. AI Platforms are going to eat their lunch unless the fundementally change their underlying tech.

LLMs are poised to create apps from scratch. Constraining an LLM to create website code for their particular CMS framework is not going to perform as well. Their tech, once thought as a moat for their buisness will now be their Achilles Heel.

Every time I talk to an AI support bot, I get frustrated, but not for the reason you would think.
The AI actually understands my problem quicker than a human agent, but it can’t take any actions, therefore, it’s wasting my time and feels like another barrier to getting help. Make them useful!
