@CruiseNorwegian The entire staff especially the manager working the merchandise area on NCL Dawn during 2200-2300 on the last night of the cruise have been uncaring of my inconvenience.
Well, this is pathetic. I'm on @CruiseNorwegian Dawn wanting to purchase last minute souvenirs and apparently their system is down and they have no solution.
There's one register that can do things? I had to wait over half an hour to even find out this? And no one will even think about a discount for my inconvenience.
So weird when a company doesn't want me to spend money.
If this is how @MSCCruisesUSA shoreside support treats Diamond Voyager's Club members, I don't even want to think about what lower or no status passengers have to go though.

Guess this is how they treat their Diamond members when not on a ship?
This is beyond frustrating. I emailed @MSCCruisesUSA post cruise support on Feb 10th. Received an automated reply that they would get back in 5 business days. Followed you on the 19th and still nothing.

Future Cruise Desk has a different price from my TA from the website.
I want to spend money, but I want my best price and I need my TA to get the credit.
