I love being around Iowa football. I love being around the staff and watching them practice. It’s a professional program. I have no idea what to expect from the QBs this year, and wouldn’t draw major conclusions from one practice anyways.
Had anyone seen me on my worst day you never would’ve thought much of me as a player.
But that OL is mean, tough, and deep. The TEs are deep as well with 2 high draft picks. RBs will carry the load offensively behind the blocking up front. Defense will be what we’ve come to expect with Phil Parker.
Lastly, there may not be a better program or staff in America that knows the strengths and weaknesses of their team relative to their opponents than Iowa. So each weeks gameplan will be tailored to win.. even if that means playing an ugly game. There is no ego anywhere in that program.
I’d love to see what Iowa could do with consistent QB play. Maybe they’ll get that this year, maybe not, but regardless… doubt them at your own peril 🤷♂️

If I were commissioner of Major League Baseball, my first act would be to abolish Apple TV games. There's no reason why Cubs fans who subscribe to the Marquee Sports Network in Chicago should have to subscribe to Apple TV just to watch the first game of a Cubs-Cardinals series.
