You want your hands lined up similarly parallel with your nipppes which should make it easier to tuck your elbows in and practice form.

Lie on the floor and position your hands to see what I mean on where the positioning to help with knowing where your hands should be to keep the tension on your chest rather than if you have your hands positioned up to far it puts more tension on shoulders and upper chest and makes it more difficult to have your elbows tucked in better.

Do them on your knees for a while then move up to full push ups after you have built strength to do them.

how do you combat the fact that token trading is set up now in a way that allows specific groups to endlessly buy most of the supply and then ebliterate it on your platform in seconds on the people who get onboarded?

yes it is decentralisatoin but explain to me why people with sub 30 second hold time have bubbles on trading terminal? axiom is guilty of this too.

it is promoting people who trade in that style for new people to see a bubble and think 'oh they must be someone' so they tail and get extracted.

until you take action and remove all these 5 second average hold time affiliates from your platform there is nothing to suggest you have the best interests at heart for people who you then onboard. Also remove them from kolscan too.
