It is common knowledge that about 90% of the funds given by the America Tax payer to Zimbabwe was going to salaries in USD of NGO staff, Vehicles , TShirts , banners, seminars, stipends , and transport allowance. The aid figures are actually hilarious. In Zimbabwe, the main beneficiaries of US Aid are the posh cafes , Zimoco, fuel stations and conference centre & resorts. Valdermeers is gonna go broke.
Come on. Let’s be honest. 🤣🤣🤣
Giving away of cars and cash has many Zimbabweans believing the only way to make it is supporting ZanuPF. No group further perpetuates this more than the Opposition surrogates and supporters, despite it not being logical. They basically say anyone who has means or money , MUST be zanuPF. Which is incorrect. See, if supporting zanuPF made everyone rich , then everyone SHOULD support them coz then the suffering stops. Nonsense. The truth is even if everyone supported zanuPF , there would still be a top 1% ; just like everywhere else in the world. There would still be suffering.
The truth is there is better, more sure ways to get money in Zimbabwe. That’s through enterprise (growing, extracting, adding value) and trade (selling and value exchange). The only time a party affiliation helps is when dealing with government or council. When dealing with corporate and B2C ; value creation and delivery won’t care what your party affiliation is or your colour or your religion.
Politicians are extremely enterprising, one of their tricks is make you believe the only way to be enterprising is through THEM or following them. This isn’t true. Whether it’s the ruling party claiming they run everything and individuals can’t participate due to “sanctions” or the opposition keeping you from registering with PRAZ, or bidding for tenders coz they will brand you a “sellout” … when over 99% of opposition including leaders participate in government tenders. Just like all ruling party politicians participate. Keeping followers “out” is criminal.
“zanu PF must GO” is no longer a uniting ideology that can keep Zimbabwe’s opposition , citizens, international community and NGOs , going. The moral ground of “Human rights” has been eroded by the wests hypocrisy … you are now more likely to be jailed for a Facebook post in UK than Zimbabwe. Half of USA believe there incoming president is Hitler! The other half want to hang Obama, Clinton and Kamala as sell outs. They don’t give a fuck about your Teapot country politics when they have a 30 trillion deficits to deal with.
The world is becoming more nationalist and insular… tagging the International community about your MP being jailed by the junta literally is pale in comparison to 300k babies and women being blown up in Gaza and no-one caring.
Anyways, 2025, fight for your space. Push your hustle. Learn the ropes. Provide value for your customers. Keep your nose clean. Politicians will come and go. Trade and value exchange will NEVER ever change. No one is gonna save you. You are NOT special. Everyone is selfish first. Balance your rants and activism with your life goals and pushing your agenda.
Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
"Never trust your partner!"
It is not safe to trust your partner. This is the advice from the National Aids Council, who say one of the key drivers of HIV is low-risk perception, and this is a result of long-term relationships, resulting in low condom use.
I had an opportunity to chat with these two pictured guys at various times in my life.
First l asked Cde Perence Shiri why he would not have a Wife,l asked this after taking a sip of a very expensive whisky he had offered me at his house.l was shocked by his response and l qoute his exact words:
"Setty dai pano pamba paine mukadzi bhodhoro raurikunwa reWhisky iro ungadai usiri kurinwa plus ungadai usingafambe neni as much as you do."
I thought of the good whisky and jokingly told him to stay unmarried 😆 he further told me he just felt marriages were too problematic for his liking.
Then Sabhuku Temba P Mliswa who was a very close friend of Cde Perence always says marriage is for people who are ready for it because once you are in it there are things you can't be doing,he says marriage is for honest people, loyal people, those who are committed as opposed to those who make excuses and lie when their wives call them to establish their whereabouts.
So if you feel you can not manage in marriage just don't get married, stay single and live your life the way you want.
Problem comes when you want the best of both worlds believe me the undesirable outcomes will mess with you,you will never recover from all the damage you create around you.
Ndati musaroore kana kuroorwa if you are not for that, kana uchida zvekufara enda unofara usamanikidzire nekuti vanhu varikubvunza nekuti unokuvadzisa iwewe wacho nevamwe vanhu vakawanda kusanganisira vana.

Court orders stepfather to financially support stepchildren
In a recent court ruling, a stepfather involved in divorce proceedings was mandated to financially support his stepchildren, despite his argument that he had no legal obligation to do so.
The court ordered him to pay R40,000 for spousal maintenance, R35,000 for rent, and cover various expenses, including utilities, medical aid, WiFi, security, and staff salaries.
Additionally, he was instructed to fund his stepchildren's luxury lifestyle, including school fees and golf club memberships. The couple, who married in 2018 without having children together, each brought children from previous marriages into the relationship.
The woman contended that her children were accustomed to a high standard of living disrupted by the stepfather's withdrawal of financial and emotional support during the separation.
Conversely, the stepfather argued that he never made promises to maintain the children, as their biological father also contributed to their care.
The court recognized that common law does not mandate stepfathers to support stepchildren, but it determined that it would not be in the children's best interests for him to abandon them.
The judge noted that the man had portrayed himself as responsible for the children and consequently ordered him to cover additional legal costs and contribute further towards household expenses.

Dear young man, maybe take my advice as I have been married for almost 23 years. I may be classified as a simp given the definitions thrown around on social media. Eg I have witnessed the birth of all my children (am sure that alone earns me the simp badge).
True some girls are horrible, they cheat, they are gold diggers etc. I am sure if you ask women they also know of many horrible men. Saka zvirikwese. As a person of sound mind you will date and choose your partner (spouse). Your wife is going to be your biggest supporter, your advisor etc you sink or swim together. Every wise king needs wise advisors and counsellors so equip your spouse.
Maybe during your dating game or your previous marriage(s) you have encountered cheating, cunning and or manipulative partners just remember she is a different person and must be given the benefit of doubt and not suffer for sins of others. On the balance of probabilities no one can look after your kids better than their mother, it’s something that I have personally witnessed during my life so far, with this in mind, encourage your wife to develop herself, build her every day and never squash her self esteem, never belittle her. Even if your relationship might end, it’s one of the best investments towards the future of your kids.
I see many people confiding more in their best friends they meet over alcohol instead of prioritising their marriages, takeaway alcohol and you realise you have nothing in common with those drinking buddies you think are your friends. I always think of my mum, when she married my dad in the 70s she also had standard 6 and when she also wanted to join Rhodesian Police like my father she was told a woman’s place is in the kitchen. As we toiled and drowned in poverty after my dad’s death, she always spoke about that and it always broke my heart.
In this life you get what you give, if you treat your wife as trash, she will give you garbage back. Treat her well, avoid cheating and work together towards building your family’s wealth, a woman who is treated well is the greatest asset any man can ever ask for. After all musha mukadzi.
