@DFTBArecords @hankgreen The cost of living crisis means I have to give up my Awesome Socks subscription :-( When I started in Nov 21 it was $12 (£9.79) per month. Due to economics and the fact your distribution is EU based and British tax law this is now $16.50 (£13.46): a 37.5% increase!

Sorry @hankgreen This is a tweet about Awesome Socks sent to the UK which now add $2.75 in tax (they're below threshold). I've emailed & tweeted @DFTBArecords last week but haven't heard anything. I love my socks but they're getting kinda expensive. Please help.

@virginmedia @O2 as I’m with you both and the broadband keeps going down any chance of getting unlimited internet on my 02 contract so at least I can tether instead?

.@virginmedia Considering this has been an ongoing issue for days if not weeks, how is this acceptable? Do you not have enough engineers? Is the supporting technology bad? What’s causing this unacceptable level of service? Explaining makes it more understandable at least.

@virginmedia There are issues with both. It’s been down since 09:30 with the website saying it’ll be back by 18:00. If it’s a one off I’d have sympathy as these things happen, but it’s a really unreliable connection.

@LNER I looked on the LNER website at 4:30am this morning and the only cancellation mentioned was between Newcastle and Durham. My issue isn’t due to the cancellations as I understand why it happened. I shouldn’t have to check Twitter to see if my train is running.

.@LNER I understand that trains need to be safe but why did you wait until people had already started travelling to the station and didn’t send texts, emails etc to customers. An absolute comms failure. Please do better.
