@AskNationwide my account has been blocked and I can't get through to customer service to sort it all keep cutting me off. I'm disabled need to buy food for my medication but no access to my money

they are working on back payments on MONEY GOING OUT but havent been able to sort it coming in, THEY ARE LYING TO US

i just been on the phone , had to call bereavement line to actually get through adn they checked and couldnt see any money due into my account and when she asked she was told they dont know what when

@sarahIMiles@AskNationwide sorry to hear that :( one person says he has had his money now but i think his was an outgoing payment? so may be different, him aside i havent seen anyone else say they had it and they keep saying few hours on the website thne taking it off and then putting it on again
@scottie45676 @Dami1190@AskNationwide so i heard which is why i went with them despite the horrendus queues in branch but seems they are slipping. though they all seem to be having these " glithes" the last few years, certainly got a major black out coming and this is them testing it

@Michael23123656@AskNationwide NOPE. no one has and htey just sent the same notice out again abut " next few hours" so they was lying and we could be waiting all day now if they even sort it at all. if they lied about it couple hours ago then whats stopping them lying about it again now
@AskNationwide IT APPEARS THIS WAS A LIE AND THEY HAVE JUST SENT OUT THE SAME " NEXT FEW HOURS " BS AGAIN , SO WHEN THEY SAID IT COUPLE HOURS AGO IT WAS A LIE BUT THEY MAY NOW BE PAYING IT WITHIN NEXT FEW HOURS. IF TO BE TRUSTED , THEY ALREADY LIED TODAY
