Summer means FOOTBALL CAMPS! Today, I got to show what I have at the Iowa Football Camp. (#61 in the white jersey is me.) I love these camps because I'm always taking in everything I can to improve my game.

Pumped to join the 400 CLUB! Squatted 405 today! Earlier this week, I hit 295 on the bench. So this has been a week of new highs for me. Next up is the next challenge, working toward 315 on the bench and 425 squat. Keep going. Always!

After squats, hit that leg press! This was my third set, putting it up to 630 for 6 reps. I love the WORK!
