The reason I talk about addictions like gaming, booze, caffeine, pot, sugar so much...
Is because they are so normalized that when their HUGE negative affects happen to a person, they USUALLY think it's them/ their personality.
I want to spread awareness that if you feel like "less than" its likely not you. It's your self imposed jailors.
These train a person to feel/think they are an unmotivated loser.
And they are completely unaware that their lifestyle of endless dopamine chemical presses is ACTUALLY the cause.
99% think they are boozing, caffeinating, smoking and eating without much negative impact...or even more that its helping/improving their life.
In short so many are in a crater, believing they are weak and that life is depressing...They are in this crater THINKING these things are their only brief ways out.
When really these things are the things that put them there.
I don't speak of addictions to shame anyone. I speak of them so that at least if you do them, you know the TRUTH and where the damage/pain/lack of fire in your life is coming from.
I want people to simply know that a life where you actually just feel good, have will power and a personality you can be proud of is well within their reach. That their "pleasures" are actually their jailers and are keeping them in a cage away from true pleasure
and fulfillment.
Awareness is my sole goal. Once a person is aware, its up to them if they want to keep seperating themselves from actual happiness, energy, and "inner fire".
