@docgoble From 0:00- 0:03, the athlete lines up the shot and decides how hard to push the stone and which direction to aim. The frontal cortex is involved in planning and decision making. The athlete chooses a strategy here during this part of the clip to execute his movement.
@docgoble At 0:45, the replay clip shows the athlete spotting the football with his eyes as it is thrown. Vision provides information about the ball's location and speed so that the athlete can time his movement. This will allow the athlete to judge when to reach for the ball.

I’m taking #EXS3030@OaklanduSHS with @docgoble because weightlifting and nutrition are big passions of mine. I am exited to apply what I learn in this class to my own life and future career. I love everything related to exercise science so this course will
